The Time You Need
Work-life balance is important. Taylor Morrison supports full time eligible team members with a variety of time off programs.
Each year you are granted 40 hours of paid sick time, subject to date of hire and state laws.
Here at Taylor Morrison there is no waiting period before monthly vacation accrual begins. During your first year you earn up to 80 hours of vacation. Up to 40 hours of vacation time can be rolled over at the end of the year for use by July 15th of the following year.
Celebrate good times with paid holidays including New Year’s day, Memorial day, Independence day, Labor day, Thanksgiving day and Christmas day. Some of our Divisions offer additional holiday’s such as day after Thanksgiving, Martin Luther King day to name a few.
Depending on Division and position, Taylor Morrison provides paid time off during the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day each year. Team members who are not able to take time off due to business needs have the opportunity to take the time off in the first quarter of the following year.
Diversity in your time off is important and valued. You get 1-3 floating holidays each year to be used when desired. The number of floating holidays varies by number of scheduled company paid holidays per year and role.
Leaves of Absence
A number of leaves of absence are available depending upon the team member’s needs. Leaves include FMLA, Personal Leave, Military Leave, Bereavement Leave, and Witness Leave to name a few.

Taylor Morrison pays the full cost of these company paid benefits.
Long Term Disability
The company provides you with generous LTD benefits that replace 60% of basic earnings if you are disabled for 91 + days.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment
Your annual salary x 2 up to $700,000 in benefit is provided by Taylor Morrison.
Basic Life Insurance
Two times your annual salary up to $700,000 in benefit is provided by Taylor Morrison.
Short Term Disability
The company provides you with generous STD benefits that replace 75% of your basic earnings if you become disabled for up to 90 days for your first 5 years of service. After 5 years of service, your benefit increases to 100% of basic earnings.
Employee Assistance Program
Taylor Morrison provides you with confidential EAP services that include counseling and referral services to address a variety of personal, family, life and work related issue for you and your family members.

That’s right we even offer special group rates on insurance plans for home and auto coverage through direct bill.
