Taylor Morrison has a variety of additional benefit programs available.

The Time You Need

Work-life balance is important. Taylor Morrison supports full time eligible team members with a variety of time off programs.


Here at Taylor Morrison there is no waiting period before monthly vacation accrual begins. During your first year you earn up to 80 hours of vacation. Up to 40 hours of vacation time can be rolled over at the end of the year for use by July 15 of the following year.

Winter Holiday

Depending on division and position, Taylor Morrison provides paid time off during the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day each year. Team members who are not able to take time off due to business needs have the opportunity to take the time off in the first quarter of the following year.

Leaves of Absence

A number of leaves of absence are available depending upon the team member’s needs. Leaves include FMLA, Personal Leave, Military Leave, Bereavement Leave, and Witness Leave—just to name a few.

Sick Time

Each year you are granted 40 hours of paid sick time, subject to date of hire and state laws.

Paid Holidays

Celebrate good times with paid holidays including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Some of our divisions offer additional holidays such as day after Thanksgiving, Martin Luther King Day and more.

Floating Holidays

Diversity in your time off is important and valued. Each year, you will receive one to three floating holidays for you to use when desired. Please note that the number of floating holidays may vary by the number of scheduled company paid holidays per year and role.

Taylor Morrison pays the full cost of these company paid benefits.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment

Your annual salary x 2 up to $700,000 in benefit is provided by Taylor Morrison.

Short Term Disability

The company provides you with generous STD benefits that replace 75% of your basic earnings if you become disabled for up to 90 days for your first 5 years of service. After 5 years of service, your benefit increases to 100% of basic earnings.

Long Term Disability

The company provides you with generous LTD benefits that replace 60% of basic earnings if you are disabled for 91 + days.

Basic Life Insurance

Two times your annual salary up to $700,000 in benefit is provided by Taylor Morrison.

Employee Assistance Program

Taylor Morrison provides you with confidential EAP services that include counseling and referral services to address a variety of personal, family, life and work related issue for you and your family members.

Shared Cost Benefits

Taylor Morrison and team members partner to split the cost of these programs.


Keeping you healthy and strong! We offer a choice of medical plans to meet the needs of you and your family. We have both a High Deductible Health Plan with a Health Savings Account option as well as two different levels of PPO plans available. All plans include prescription drug benefits and Telehealth services.


Keeping that smile bright! We provide you with a PPO dental plan.


We provide you with a vision plan option that includes discounts on laser vision correction services.

Supplemental AD&D

Supplemental Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance is available for yourself, spouse, and dependent children.

Covering Home and Auto

That’s right we even offer special group rates on insurance plans for home and auto coverage through direct bill.
