Primary objectives of this position are:

  • To provide administrative and coordination support  to the Land Department;
  • To work with Land Department Staff to assist with timely delivery of projects by preparing and administering contracts, tracking and processing invoices, maintaining project files, and preparing project binders; and
  • To coordinate with all departments to assist in the setup of new communities including processing of Department of Real Estate, Homeowners Associations, and lender paperwork and applications.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Track and process land acquisition contracts;
  • Track and process invoices;
  • Manage department files;
  • Prepare NAIC binders;
  • Review and process HOA formation and function paperwork;
  • Assist with establishment of new projects;
  • Assist with the tracking of project budgets and schedules;
  • Provide administrative support of Land Development and Forward Planning staff as required;


  • At least 2+ years work-related experience OR AA degree required
  • Excellent telephone customer service skills required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook and Word.
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve day-to-day office activities.
  • Experience in professional environment dealing with various levels of management and external contacts is required.
  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity
  • Action and results oriented
